IFTIN Pro is a digital software product. There are no physical products to return.

Amiinmaalik.com provides a 14-day refund period for eligible purchases.
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the applicable purchase.
2. Digital Products
Because IFTIN Pro is delivered digitally, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the request and applicable law.
We aim to review refund requests fairly rather than automatically approving or rejecting every request.
3. Technical Issues
If IFTIN does not work as expected, our first step is support.
We will work with you to determine whether the issue comes from:
- IFTIN
- WordPress configuration
- Another plugin or theme
- Hosting/server configuration
- Third-party services
- Customer-specific setup
Where the problem is caused by IFTIN, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a fix or appropriate support.
4. Bugs & Updates
If a product issue is caused by an IFTIN bug, we will prioritise support, troubleshooting, and a fix where reasonably possible.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally complete the same purchase more than once, we will review the duplicate transaction and refund the unnecessary duplicate payment where verified.
6. Incorrect Cryptocurrency Payments
Customers are responsible for selecting:
- The correct cryptocurrency
- The correct blockchain network
- The correct wallet address
- The correct payment amount
Payments sent through an unsupported network or with an incorrect asset may not be recoverable.
